A.Y.Investigations provide a nationwide Process serving service to the Legal Profession.

We will inform your office when service has been effected. Additionally, we will also ensure that a sworn affidavit of service will be delivered to your offices within 48 hours of the personal service having taken place.

We know that service and reliability are of overriding importance, and therefore guarantee that all documents we receive from our clients for service will be personally served by in house agents, regardless of location. Under no circumstances will we subcontract to any third party agents.

All of our agents are fully compliant with all aspects of process serving, from service through to affidavit.
